Message from Dave Larnerd
I got started into wildlife photography about two years ago with a purchase of a Nikon D80 and a
70-200 f/2.8 lens. I have since upgraded to a D300 and a 200-400 VR lens. I am extremely happy with this glass and camera combo.
I never imagined that I would enjoy photographing wildlife as much as I do now. I'll spend countless hours in the field, wether it be on the banks of a river at sunrise as the fog slowly rises, or up in a tree on clear but frosty fall morning.
To me, there is nothing like being out in the fields and woods enjoying all mother nature has to offer. Taking photos is a way of capturing this experience and bringing it home with me. Please stop back and have a look every now and then because I will be adding all my new images here for all to view. Your comments on any of my photos is always welcomed.
