Martha's Vineyard is a little Island off Cape Cod Massachusetts about 23 miles long and 9 miles wide. Consisting of six towns and a year round population of around 20,000, the Vineyard boasts five lighthouses, native Indians (Wampanoags), glacier formed cliffs, miles of sandy shores, gingerbread cottages, whaling captain's homes, fishing villages, farms, birds, and of course tourists.
